About us
Longreach is run by two Japanese ATPL holders who have flown as Captains for Japanese airlines. We’re happy to talk through the requirements with pilots considering a move to Japan.
Current positions
Air Japan B787 Captains
Five-year renewable contract, Narita and Haneda bases, Tokyo commuting contract. Applications from non-type rated captains considered.
Air Japan B787 First Officers
Type rated and non-type rated accepted. One of the very few contract airlines offering command upgrades to First Officers.
Peach Aviation A320 Captains
Permanent employment to age 65, renewable annually to 68. Kansai based, local or commuting roster.
Skymark B737NG Captains
Three-year contract plus training, six-figure annual salary. Based at Tokyo Haneda.

Interview preparation
Longreach can prepare pilots for their airline simulator assessment. Our experienced instructors have a training program specifically designed for the stringent standards of each airline. We know what check pilots are looking for, and so will you.
