The contract
- Permanent employment to age 65, then renewable at one year intervals until age 68
- Pilots may elect either a local pattern roster or a commuting pattern roster
- Local residence in Japan required
Requirements — ICAO licence holders
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Minimum 4,000 hours total time
- Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on commercial jets
- A320 rating preferred but not required
- ICAO English Level 4 or above
- Valid First Class medical certificate
